fittings, fixtures, furniture, miscellaneous items and any outside space. It also includes
the condition of the above and state of cleanliness. In addition, digital photographs are
added to each report type. It is to give an overview of the property and support written
comments. Included are meter readings and key description- with photographs.

INVENTORY CHECK-IN
A check-in takes place with tenant/s present at the property and follows the inventory

This report is conducted at the end of the tenancy. Its purpose is to compare the state
of the property, once the tenant/s moved out, to the one recorded on the inventory/
check-in.

INTERIM
An interim is an inspection that occurs usually about 6 months into the tenancy. It is
an update of the original report. It will not be taken into account during the check-out.
The purpose of this inspection is mainly to let owner/ agent know if there are any
repairs neccessary. It also shows how the tenant is caring for the porperty.
